Long Branch Fire

On Sept 5th at 4:50 pm, East Umatilla Fire & Rescue was called to a fire on Main Street in Weston. The fire was at the Longbranch Cafe & Lounge. 1 person was in the building but got out safely as crews arrived.
Engine 61, Ladder 61, Medic 61, Rescue 61, Chief 61, Chief 64, and Assistant Chief 401 totaling 11 firefighters were initially on scene. Milton-Freewater Rural Fire provided mutual aid assistance with 5 firefighters.
The cause of the fire is still unknown at this time.
